We also offer customized cruise charter arrangements, allowing customers to tailor aspects of their journey according to their preferences and availability.
3. Consultation Booking Process
Customers may browse cruise options and submit a request for a consultation appointment through our website.
The consultation booking:
- Is free of charge.
- Does not constitute a cruise reservation.
- Does not create a contractual booking obligation.
- Does not require any payment through the website.
The selected date during the booking process refers solely to the consultation appointment date.
Customers are required to attend the consultation in person at our Hong Kong office.
4. Tailored Itinerary and Pricing
During the consultation meeting, a representative of Cruvontica will discuss the customer's requirements and prepare a customized itinerary where applicable.
The itinerary, availability, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, departure schedules, and any special arrangements will be presented during the consultation.
Cruvontica reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, schedules, and related arrangements where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, port regulations, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
A cruise booking becomes accepted only after:
1. The customer attends the consultation meeting;
2. The final itinerary and price are agreed upon; and
3. Full payment has been received.
Accepted Payment Method
Cruvontica accepts payment exclusively in cash.
No other payment methods are accepted, including but not limited to:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Electronic wallets
- Online payment platforms

Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Departure
Where a cancellation request is received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time, the customer shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Departure
Where a cancellation request is received less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time, fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid shall be retained, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be refunded.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled departure shall be considered as a cancellation occurring within the forty-eight (48) hour period.
No refund shall be issued in cases of no-show.

Once a refund request has been reviewed and accepted, the refund may be issued through one of the following methods:
Bank Transfer
If the customer chooses a bank transfer refund, Cruvontica will request the necessary banking information through email after approval of the cancellation request.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
Cash Refund
Customers may choose to receive a cash refund by visiting our office in person during designated business hours.
Refund processing times may vary depending on administrative requirements.
9. Cruise Charters and Customized Arrangements
Cruvontica offers charter cruise services and customized itineraries.
Because customized arrangements may vary significantly between customers, specific conditions, schedules, inclusions, and operational requirements may be communicated separately during the consultation process and shall form part of the booking agreement upon acceptance.

After a booking has been accepted, customers may request modifications to their agreed itinerary, cruise schedule, passenger arrangements, or other service options.
Any request for changes must be submitted to Cruvontica no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time.
Requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours before departure may not be accepted due to operational, scheduling, or availability constraints.
Approval of any requested modification is subject to availability and operational feasibility at the time the request is received. Additional charges may apply where the requested changes result in increased costs or revised service arrangements.
Cruvontica reserves the right to decline modification requests that cannot reasonably be accommodated or that may affect the safe and orderly operation of the cruise.
Once accepted, any revised itinerary, service arrangement, schedule, or associated charges shall become part of the customer's booking agreement.
